SchedulingOperations

Let customers book themselves — without ever double-booking you.

Scheduling publishes a booking page at your own public link. Customers pick a service, see only the times you are genuinely free, and confirm themselves — no account, no app, and no possibility of two people claiming the same slot.

What it changes about your week

  • No double bookings, ever

A slot is claimed inside a database transaction, so two people pressing confirm in the same instant cannot both win. One gets the booking; the other watches the slot disappear and picks another.

  • Your hours, your rules

Availability is set per person, per weekday, with the breaks you actually take. Nothing becomes bookable that you did not offer.

  • The right person gets told

Assign staff to a service and every assignee is emailed the appointment with a link straight to it — no forwarding, no “did anyone see this?”.

  • The appointment turns into money

Mark a booking complete and Invoicing offers a pre-filled draft invoice, while the job is still fresh in everyone’s head.

How it is actually run

Start to finish, the loop this tool puts your business in.

  1. Set your availability

Weekly hours per person, with the gaps you do not want filled. This is the only thing that can make a slot offerable.

  2. Define what is bookable

    A service is a name, a duration and a price from your shared services catalog — a 30-minute consult, a two-hour survey.

  3. Publish a booking page

Each page gets its own public link, its own set of services, and its own window of how far ahead people may book.

  4. Customers book themselves

They choose a slot, leave a name and an email, and get a confirmation. A contact record is matched or created for them automatically.

  5. Run the day

Reschedule or cancel from the calendar and the guest is emailed for you. Mark it complete and it is ready to bill.

Better with the rest of your stack

  • Invoicing — a completed booking becomes a pre-filled draft invoice.
  • CRM — a guest who books is matched to their contact record, and the booking joins their history.
  • Shared contacts and services — the same customer list and service catalog as the rest of your suite.

Every tool you switch on also increases the discount applied to your whole subscription — automatically, up to a capped maximum.

Straight answers before you buy

The boundaries of the tool, stated here rather than discovered in month two.

  • Bookings are made against the availability you publish here. There is no two-way sync with an outside calendar, so time you block elsewhere must be blocked here too.
  • Guests book without an account — that is the point — so the page shows only what you chose to publish, and nothing about your other customers.
  • Confirmation, reschedule and reminder emails are included. SMS is not.
